Ramana Coaching Center is a tutoring center for grades 2-12, and specializes in SAT Prep. We are currently looking to hire a Part-Time Marketing Assistant (20-25 hrs./wk.). Hours are 12 PM - 5 PM Monday – Friday.

Job Duties:

• Assist Manager in coordinating and designing various integrated communication and marketing activities
• Assist in developing, creating, and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, press releases, brochures and many other materials related to marketing
• Writing and maintaining content and providing updates to company website and other electronic media.
• Create flyers and montly newsletter on Canva.
• Developing standardized presentations and proposals
• Executing a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans
• Assisting in promotional strategies
• Completing marketing administrative projects
• Executing and analyzing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns
• Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other members of management
• Effectively screen phone calls
• Respond to inquiries about our programs and respond to problems regarding schedules via phone or email.
• May order office supplies and maintaining office equipment
• May act as liaison for vendors and ensure payment of office-related invoices
• Communicate with co-workers face-to-face, via email, instant messaging or phone
• Assist teammates to ensure projects are complete and cover shifts during vacations
• Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other members of management

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 12 PM - 5 PM Monday - Friday.
• Must be familiar with Mail chimp and Constantcontact
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be well versed with Canva.
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must be dependable and strong Team Player

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
