Job description
Gold Coast high rise condo association is looking to hire part time and relief doorstaff immediately. Qualified candidates will have a warm personality, be friendly, professional and a team player, and have the desire to provide the best customer service to our residents. Duties include greeting and assisting residents as they enter/exit the building, supervise guest and contractor entry, answering the front desk telephone, oversight of loading dock traffic, monitoring security camera feed and more. Familiarity with computers is required as the doorstaff will utilize a pc throughout their shift to reference phone numbers, resident instructions and permissions to enter, elevator delivery and move schedules, etc.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
