Arisa Health in Salem & Cherokee Village is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One to two years of experience in a related field (medical or behavioral health) is required. The position will be scheduling appointments on behalf of therapists, running reports in internet sites as well as Microsoft Excel, and providing information directly to current and potential clients of Arisa Health. As part of the Arisa Health service delivery system, the Customer Service Representative will provide an interactive, welcoming response to all inquiries for service by engaging clients in a supportive, non-judgmental way.

Responsibilities include accurate and complete data collection to prepare and maintain client records, accurate maintenance of fee agreements, updating eligibility, and ensuring that needed pre-certifications and authorizations are in place. This person will be responsible for floating between the Cherokee Village and Salem Outpatient clinics providing extra support, and will at times be asked to work in other area clinics.

Work Hours: Part time, 20 - 29 hours a week, between the hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No phone calls please.
Please note: Due to CMS mandates, all Arisa employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
