Immediately hiring a Part-time Cashier/Receptionist for our Volkswagen store in Devon, PA!Join Fred Beans Automotive Group, voted Best Places to Work 4 years running and Healthiest Employers for 2021 and 2022!

Hours: 4pm-8pm a few days a week and every other Saturday 9-5pm. Possible day time availability.The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing, and assisting the Service Department with clerical responsibilities.Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointment
Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system
Answering the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner
Preparing and making deposits
Filing assorted documents for both service and accounting departments
Preparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments
Inputting of additional service requests
Calculating payments and performing data entry
Performing minor accounting and minor clerical work
Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system

Requirements

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include, but are not limited, to the following;

Excellent customer service skills
Pleasant and professional phone manners
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 10lbs
