The Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump is currently accepting applications for the position of part-time Banquet Server. Variable hours are also available for those looking to work an occasional or on call schedule.
The Hilton Short Pump is owned and operated by Shamin Hotels, central Virginia's largest hotel management company. The main purpose of this Banquet Server position is to ensure that our guests receive the highest quality of services in our Food & Beverage service.
Job functions include:
- Set up side station and perform side work as assigned
- Set up banquet room per BEO
- Provide excellent service and attention to all guests
- Serve beverages and meals according to standards
- Remove soiled plates and glassware
- Clear tables
- Perform clean up as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
The position requires the capability to effectively communicate with guests and team members and the flexibility to work various schedules as business demands, including nights, weekends and holidays. For successful associates, a change to full-time in the future is possible.
