JLK Rosenberger is growing.
We are currently seeking an experienced, part-time Administrative Professional to be a critical part of our administrative team in our Irvine office. This position is part time, Monday through Friday from approximately 10:00 am until 2:30 pm.
Your day as an Administrative Professional might look like:
Delivering administrative services to support leadership and client delivery functions including greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, maintaining a neat lobby area and conference rooms, receive, sort and distribute mail, organizational projects by various managers and firm partners, filing, photocopying, scanning and mailing, kitchen and stock room management, assist with building maintenance requests and office upkeep, other duties as assigned by management,
The job requires…
- a high school diploma or equivalent

excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

ability to quickly learn and utilize new software platforms
- a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- adept typing, word-processing, and data entry skills, and have experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel
- the ability to self-direct, effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple engagements
