PRO ABA offers services to children and youth with Autism and a behavioral health diagnosis in homes, schools, and clinics. We are looking for part-time RBTs and BTs with knowledge of ABA in Tobyhanna, PA, and the surrounding areas. Technicians are responsible for the implementation of treatment plans, collection of daily data, and completion of daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants.

***Hours for this position are 9am-2pm, M-F in a school***

Qualifications:
High School diploma is required. Associates or Bachelors degree in a human service area preferred.

Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis

A minimum of one-year experience working with children and/or youth is highly preferred

Experience with ABA is highly preferred

40 Hour RBT Training certificate is required but will consider candidates without the training if willing to complete prior to hire.

RBT certification is preferred

Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
