Position Overview:
American Airlines Center is one of the nation’s top arenas. Since openings its doors in 2001, American Airlines Center has been setting the precedent for sporting and live entertainment events. Bringing in a variety of big name shows and housing both the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars.

We are seeking an energetic and customer service oriented Parking Auditor to join our Parking Services team. The Parking Auditor is responsible for checking supplies in the Checkout Room and Vault room.
Responsibilities:
  • Answers parking hotline and assist callers
  • Coordinates radio calls to office from Parking Attendants, Lot Supervisors, Parking Event Coordinators, and Parking Services Event Manager
  • Upon return of supplies by parking attendants, auditors must verify all items returned, radios, scanners, cart keys, traffic lights, etc.) Position all equipment in the correct charging stations.
  • Report any missing items to the Parking Event Coordinator or Parking Services Manager immediately
  • Clean and wipe down all equipment
  • Print out transaction report from ParkHub.
Education / Qualifications:
  • High School degree/GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills (phone and customers)
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Position requires ability to stand, walk, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however, during events the noise level may be loud
  • Employees must be able to work on evenings, weekends and holidays
