Essex Westford School District is seeking full-time and part-time Para-Professionals. This position works 1:1 or in small groups with our fantastic students. Come work alongside our top-notch group of learning specialists who will provide you with training and support to have a successful school year!

Primary job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Implement the program developed by the IEP team.

• Facilitate social and inclusive interactions among the student and his/her peers in the regular student environment.

• Supervise student(s) when the teacher is absent from the room.

• Support assigned students with their classroom work in a separate learning environment as needed or requested.

• Manage student learning material and maintain a student performance record through data collection daily as requested.
