We are seeking a talented paid ads expert to fill an expanded role in our marketing department. The Paid Ads Associate is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid media spending on Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc. The PAA is focused on the continual optimization of multiple campaigns to reach target conversation rates and CPA goals. Additionally, the PAA will create regular reports to succinctly communicate the performance of the paid campaigns to the Director of Marketing and, when applicable, the franchisee/affiliate that has a vested interest in the campaign(s).

They manage PPC, Display, and Paid Social campaigns, and make recommendations to optimize the conversion performance of landing pages to maximize the return on ad spend.

They design and provide reporting on, analyzing and optimizing paid campaigns and identifying quality lead attributes. They also lead testing initiatives that continue to improve performance and efficiency of our investments The PAA will maintain open communication with internal stakeholders on strategies to increase acquisition and conversion of online leads

Above all, the PAA is responsible for driving conversions higher and acquisition costs lower.

The Paid Ads Associates Measurables:

• Ensure a +/-5% Monthly Ad Spend Budget for all campaigns.
• Achieve X% Conversion rate on campaigns
• Meet Cost per Lead (based on product) goals
• Meet Cost per Acquisition (based on product) goals
• Achieve a < 25% Landing page bounce rate on campaigns

Digital Marketing Associate Requirements:

• Associates degree or greater.
• 2+ years of experience in a paid ads role.
• Ability to scale campaigns and excellerate growth.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Google Ads certified.
• Experience running FB/IG ads.
