Shift(s) Available: 12 Hour day shift

Compensation: $20.75/hr which may increase depending on experience

Principal Accountabilities
Operate packaging equipment including bagger and palletizers Enter and reconcile production inventory in SAP and manage tasks using a variety of other computer programs Create and apply product labels in accordance with regulatory and quality standards Collect finished product samples Operate process equipment to add dry product into a liquid system Operate a forklift and maintain equipment certification Unload and load materials using the warehouse racking system Unload and load trailers of supplies and finished product Troubleshoot and participate in maintenance activities of packaging equipment Perform equipment lockouts and issue work permits as needed Upholding a food safe environment, performing regular checks to verify product safety, and adhering to plant Prerequisite Programs Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer. Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) Basic computer skills Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment after appropriate training Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) Ability to work 12 hour shift and overtime, weekends and holidays Ability to operate a forklift after appropriate training

Preferred Qualifications
Packaging experience in an industrial setting Previous forklift experience Mechanical aptitude including troubleshooting pneumatic and electrical systems Experience working in a GMP/food safe environment Experience loading and unloading trailers in compliance with state/interstate shipping regulations User knowledge in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other labeling software
