POSITION: Packager at our North Boulder Marijuana Cannabis Infused Products Manufacturing Facility.

JOB SPECIFICS:

• Full time --- 40 hours available, 5 days a week, week days only M-F, 7am-4pm OR 4 days a week, flexible M-S 6AM-4:30PM
• Salary --- We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package with ample opportunities for upward potential throughout all of our facilities. Starting salary will be decided after a paid trial working day(s) depending on proficiency, speed, and accuracy. Raises and reviews are offered after 90 days, 6 months after your initial review, and annually. Typically, $1+ raises are given at each review period.

Combined we have 21 licenses throughout the state of Colorado including 6 dispensaries, 5 cultivation operations, 2 infused products manufacturing licenses, and a brand new commercial kitchen and extraction lab. All of our products are produced in-house from flower we grow to final product with our own in-house brand and are all great-tasting and high-potency.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work on our production table with a full-time, fun, hard-working team by your side. Great atmosphere and people that makes the day go by quickly. Packagers will focus on final packaging, weighing, and labeling concentrate products as well as manufacturing and packaging edibles. We are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude but experience is preferred.

DAILY DUTIES:

• Process cannabis concentrates with quality, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Work with extraction and kitchen departments to execute packaging needs.
• Individuals are expected to package approximately 50 units of concentrates per hour.
• Acquire knowledge of strains, METRC basics, and state regulations.
• Competently follow directions from supervisor(s).
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
