I am hiring to fill a marketing role in Charlottesville, VA to help local business owners meet their risk management and commercial insurance needs.
Following a comprehensive training program, our representatives hit the ground running in a protected territory with built-in leads and exclusive recommendations. Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary with uncapped commissions, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) matching, and a pension plan. First-year earnings averaged more than $130,000 in 2021. Earnings for all Marketing Reps averaged more than $229,000 in 2021.
