Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to join our team. The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent profitable growth in sales revenue through recruiting, training, deployment, and management of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, understand contracts, continually improve processes, and create a positive buying experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience and proven one-call close experience, preferably in the home improvement industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
• Coordinate communication between the production department, administration, and other departments.
• Train and mentor sales team members.
• Develop and manage budgets and sales goals.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years of outside sales experience
• Proven track record of success with one call close
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
