Outside Commercial Sales Representative-Construction & Building Materials Industry
Job description
DH Pace Company Inc. aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Atlanta, Georgia located at our Peachtree Corners office to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors
- Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings, colleges, K-12, municipalities, hospitals, etc. in Atlanta and surrounding areas
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum three years outside sales experience
- Experience with Blue Prints/Plans and Specs highly desired
- Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
