Job Purpose: A Driver is responsible for providing professional customer service to staff during pickup and drop off procedures. This is accomplished by safely and expediently transporting loads to and from described sites, serving the lower 42. While maintaining your rig in good, clean working order at all times.

Primary Duties:

• Follows all policies and procedures

• Properly uses and maintains all equipment

• Effectively deliver and pickup loads

• $50 paid for every tarped load

• Positive interaction with employees & customers

• Other tasks as assigned Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability and willingness to present a professional image and appearance to the customer at all times

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

• Ability to work independently without close supervision

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

• $0.65 paid for every mile over 2,000
