A Dispatcher position is available in our Airway Heights office!
Responsibilities:

• Outbound trucking logistics
• Respond to phone & e-mail requests from customers & carriers and schedule appointments
• Track delivery appointments with carriers in advance of shipment
• Track orders in route for on-time delivery
• Assign ship dates to orders allowing sufficient transit time for on-time delivery
• Assign carriers to loads
• Notify customer service of any late deliveries or problems with the order
• Match billing to specific shipments and approve for A/P

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of dispatch and logistics experience, preferably within the consumer goods manufacturing industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Knowledge on how to use major dispatch programs
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and workload
• Valid driver’s license.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and team-oriented, with strong communication skills. Work hours are from 6 am-3pm For immediate consideration, please send your resume and cover letter.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
