We are North Jersey Truck Center-a fast paced OEM heavy duty truck dealer, and we are looking for qualified, hardworking and highly dependable full-time order filler/pickers to join our warehouse team. The starting schedule is 8:30-5pm, Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays, with a half hour lunch. The schedule is subject to change following the first few weeks of training. Availability must be flexible for the following possible hours: 7-3:30pm, 8-4:30pm, 8:30-5pm, 9:30-6pm.

Order Filler/Picker/Store Stocker Responsibilities:

• Fills customer orders and deliver them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
• Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment.
• Stencil, tag, or mark orders as requested.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Operate forklift in performance of order filling duties when required.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
• Must be able to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly.
• He/she must be able to operate a forklift and have completed or ability to complete a forklift training program within 60 days of hire.

• Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.

• Use technology to read instructions, reports and information
• The ability to follow directions is extremely important.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store (nights and weekends).
• Minimum 1-2 years prior warehouse and/or retail store stocking experience preferred.
