JOB SUMMARY

An order fulfillment specialist typically works in the shipping and receiving area of a warehouse. Job duties include preparing or staging items for delivery as well as dealing with incoming shipments. You will also record and verify shipping information. The order fulfillment specialist is also responsible for the correct labeling and packaging of all finished product.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Picking/ Fulfilling Orders
• Maintains organization of finished goods inventory storage, facilitating accuracy in order picking and packing
• Manifesting sales orders of finished goods for delivery
• Picking finished goods from vault storage for individual dispensaries
• Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
• Confirming products' unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections nor complaints from customers
• Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of customer service, distribution, or warehouse experience
• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
• Works well with all peers
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Basic Excel, Word, and general compute knowledge
• Fast, efficient, nimble.
• Experience working in a shifting environment with a great deal of constructive feedback and input
• Must be 21 years or older and pass any and all required pre-employment screenings
• Full knowledge of all applicable law, regulations, and requirements to keep the facility at 100% compliance at all times, this includes being up to date on any changes to current applicable laws/regulations
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation
• Must have excellent organization and time management skills
• Must be focused, pay close attention to detail
• Must be able to internalize training and follow instructions
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
