Full-Time Order Entry Specialist

An Order Entry Specialist will prepare routine orders and scanning documents to a patients file. This role will also provide a wide range of support duties to Billing Departmental Staff.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience with data entry in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Typing: minimum 45 WPM; 10-key: minimum 4,000 KPH.
- Strong history of accuracy and errorless performance with high-volume.
- Ability to perform with a high degree of independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality; and make complex decisions within a short period of time.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure all orders are entered accurately at the start of the order process.
- Willingness to communicate with customers or clinics by phone.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Be present/visible in the home office a minimum of 40 hours per week (5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day). Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college education beneficial.
