Job description
The general duties as an Order Entry Specialist for U.S. Legal Support includes entering, preparing and sending out legal requests to custodians of records in an attempt to obtain records. An Order Entry Specialist is part of our Order and Research department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Critical thinking to confirm legal request for records is completed by our clients
- Heavy data entry
- Research locations/facilities
- Prepares legal packet via data entry, client preferences and system usage
- Internally track parts as necessary
- Email clients for confirmation, questions and or status
- Handle problem requests/research/follow-up
- Quality check all documents, entries and legal paperwork
- Resend requests/additional documentation as needed
- Faxing, mailing, setting up hand serves of legal requests
- Save/Scan all documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
- Litigation support (record retrieval) experience is a plus
