Building trusting and valued relationships with existing and future customers
Be able to actively participate and facilitate in-house and online demos
Prepare quotations based on direction from customers, outside sales, or engineer's requests
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Effectively managing cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicating changes with appropriate personnel
Managing orders and order status to ensure delivery commitment has been met
Shipping stock items out for orders and receiving parts in for inventory
