Exciting opportunity to work alongside Drs. Lobanoff and Whiting at their world-premiere refractive surgery and specialty lens implant clinic.

OVO LASK + LENS is beyond cutting-edge with the only dual LASIK surgical suites and the first in-office iOR surgery center in Minnesota for cataract and specialty lens-based surgeries.

Located in the beautiful brand-new Xchange Medical Building on 394 and Park Place, OVO LASIK + LENS occupies the first-floor space. A supreme high-quality environment plus experienced, friendly, and supportive team members lends to a rewarding and positive employment experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

-Perform pre/post-operative refractive (LASIK/PRK/CXL), cataract, and specialty lens implant exams.

-Perform general eye exams as well as emergency eye care.

-Execute tertiary procedures to the fullest scope of optometric practice in the State of MN.

-Analyze data from state-of-the-art auxiliary diagnostic equipment to formulate effective treatment plans for prospective and post-surgical patients.

-Assist in sophisticated surgical planning for refractive surgery.

-Help support OD staff on a rotational basis with on-call service.

-Possibility of involvement in research and procedural studies as well as speaking at CE events.

Skills and Attributes

-Maintain timely and complete patient electronic health records.

-Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians to complement exemplary patient care.

-Have the drive and fortitude to handle a consistently busy schedule involving a diverse clientele and complex refractive cases.

-Needs to be adaptable and must fit into a fun, yet busy, work environment where every staff member is viewed as equally instrumental to the success of this exceptional clinical experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
