Job Duties/Scope Of Work
This position will report to the Fleet Services Director but provide operational support to the entire Fleet Services organization.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
- Develop and/or support the review of zero emission vehicle (ZEV), charging and charge station reports and presentations prior to submittal to
- Provide a single interface with safety and industrial health in review of hazard analysis documents
- Lead any revisions and/or documentation regarding Fleet Services Craft Specific Hazard Analysis
- Interface with HMIS training organization to provide detailed information and reports to Fleet Services managers and craft employees
- Provide progress reports on the Vehicle Allocation Methodology (VAM)
- Assist in locating and completing actions related to obtaining additional shop space
- Develop trending financial reports and analysis including PowerBi reports to Fleet Director to assist direct funded customers in reducing cost
- Partner with maintenance managers in sourcing specialized training related to battery electric vehicles
- Become proficient in issues management to provide Fleet Services an SME in corrective action analysis, determine due dates and providing general
- Develop, revise, and maintain maintenance procedures, desk instructions, and various equipment and vehicle preventative maintenance checklists
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, including a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, 3 of which in a transportation, fleet or maintenance organization.
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to clearly communicate utilizing both written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to present information to an audience
- Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office programs.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with DOE systems and process such as:
Causal analysis, corrective action management, Required Reading, eBOM, the employee job task analysis
Compensation & Benefits
Grade 16: $83,950 - $105,750
Grade 17: $92,238 - $116,213
Grade 18: $101,525 - $128,075
