Role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to help remote operations across the US and logistic needs in the Austin area.

This is a 1099 position.

Responsibilities

• Logistics requirements including shipping multiple times a week, lifting heavy objects repeatedly, receiving pallets and smaller shipments regularly, maintaining storage spaces.

• Daily operational tasks including service level phone calls, internal company tracking processes, coordination between company partners, and remote supervision of tasks in other regions
• Occasional travel required to partner locations within the state of Texas

Skills

• 0-2 years of previous experience in operations, logistics, or working for an early stage start-up
• Highly communicative, focused on response and execution of a variety of tasks in logistics
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a largely remote work environment, proven ability to execute clear cut objectives efficiently and take initiative

• Proficiency with google sheets + docs, familiarity with autonomous / remote work environments and tools
