Jani-King International is seeking a professional individual for the role of Operations Manager to support the growth of our franchisees!

This position requires thorough knowledge of commercial cleaning.

Base salary plus monthly BONUS!

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

· Franchise Relations and training

· Customer relations

· Inspecting accounts

· Maintaining a customer retention rate

· Starting and maintaining customer accounts

· Growing current customer revenues

· Gathering and reporting production numbers

· Sales support

Job Requirements:

· 2+ years experience in the commercial cleaning industry

· 2+ years negotiating experience

· Floor care experience: Stripping and recoating, burnishing, carpet extraction and bonneting carpets

· The ability to motivate and support staff

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required, but a plus

· Must be flexible to work nights and weekends as needed
