Position Responsibilities
Oversee Analytics and IT resources to provide key insight and direction on operational effectiveness to Branch management.
Design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions and recommendations for process improvement, performance and key projects.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to make an impact assisting with daily branch operations.
Manage critical projects across branch functions including Warehouse, Customer Service, Facilities, Sales and Human Resources.
Support a high-volume, multi-warehouse operation with over 40,000 SKUs covering 900,000 square feet.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years’ experience in operations or general management.
Experienced in data analytics, with strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
Strong knowledge of Information Technology including SQL and data extraction.
