Raven3 Home Buyers is seeking an Integrator/COO who will work hand-in-hand with their CEO/Visionary. The Integrator/COO will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of SureSwift Capital, with accountability for profit and loss and execution of the business plan. The Integrator will serve as a strong second-in-command and assist the Visionary in maximizing the company’s potential. The Integrator/COO is responsible for ensuring all levels of the organization are communicating effectively. S/he must be able to execute the vision of the Visionary and the company, while integrating every function of the business, creating unity, a healthy leadership team, and greater energy for the company as a whole. We are looking for someone who is great at implementing processes and systems. The core business model we have at Raven3 Home Buyers is acquiring distressed real estate and adding value. We have a Law department, Project management department, Sales, Property management department, Finance department, and the VAs. We are looking for someone who can help us scale and implement systems that allow the business to run autonomously.
