Position: Production Manager
Camelot Emergency Water Removal is seeking a highly motivated individual to be our Operations Manager who will oversee our staff of 10 production employees at our Lansing, MI location. The perfect candidate is one who finds personal satisfaction in leading and developing others, is goal oriented and self motivated.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the smooth operation and coordination of our Project Managers, Crew Chiefs and Technicians who are carrying out water damage mitigation services for our residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong culture built around customer service
- Coordination of mitigation and monitoring crews
- Scheduling
- Job reviewing and quality control
- Hiring and training new employees
- Communication with office staff and CEO
- Coordinate vehicle and equipment repairs
- Order supplies
- Inventory management
- On Call Project Management Rotation
