We are looking for operational leaders that are passionate about logistics and supply chain to join our growing company, BlueGrace Logistics Indy. This program is designed to give you full knowledge of all our departmental needs as well as help develop for future requirements.
Areas of Emphasis responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support
- Support sales staff in fulfilling shipment orders – quoting, booking, tracking
- Manage inbound and outbound customer requirements
- Learn sales process and sales cycle for generating new business
- Spend time learning our CRM to management customer engagement
Data & Analytics
- Pulling daily reports for internal business measurement
- Facilitate customer reports for direct dashboard KPI feedback
- Manage customer tracking for accurate load status updates
- Daily report management
- Engineer customer data to transform viable business solution outputs
- Use data analytics tools to create data transforming flows and visualizations
Account Management
- Be the main point of contact for a customer or set of customers and manage day to day tactical requirements
- Collect information and build monthly call reviews and QBRs
- Establish strong vendor relationships for smooth overall account experience
- Assist in building and updating customer SOPs
Other – General
- Assist in building office SOPs
- Support weekly invoice reconciliation and management of customer invoice facilitation
- Work closely with VP of Operations in management of office needs
- Work well in a team environment with a focus on overall team and customer quality
- Ultimately, as roles arise, be eligible for Operations Manager or Tactical Enterprise Manager roles that may include additional responsibilities as shown below

Requirements
- Industry experience is preferred but not required
- Leadership experience is required
- Someone who can think for themselves – much be able to modify and adjust on the fly
- Innovative spirit with a focus on always updating the process and finding better ways to do things, both for the organization and also for customers
- Have a drive to succeed individually and desire for the team to succeed overall
- High level of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) experience
- Some data business intelligence tool knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
- Be organized under pressure and can juggle several different tasks at once
- Have a professional etiquette in overall approach
- Work hard philosophy – operations sometimes requires some “dirty” work so if that does not fit for you, this may not be a role for you
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
