The
Operations Lead will deliver operational excellence to our members and to our clinicians. In a context of hyper-growth, you will be instrumental in the scaling of the company and help shape the future of Sword's care delivery. This is a leadership role: you will develop your team and empower them to meet high standards and navigate through changes. As part of the Strategy & Operations team you will have your own KPIs and your scope of responsibilities is set to grow rapidly.
What you’ll do
- Own strategic clinical operations processes
- Oversee the management of critical cross-functional initiatives key to providing our members and physical therapists with a best-in-class experience
- Create opportunities to transform and optimize existing processes (including through product automation) to always raise the bar and scale seamlessly our operations by 10x and more
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders within the Clinical Operations team to devise cross-functional work flows
- Design dashboards to generate insights on the effectiveness of our operations
- Act as a subject matter authority, providing input on decisions that impact our critical metrics and make recommendations to increase operational efficiency

What you need
- 2+ years in a high-pace environment such as consulting, banking or at a fast growing start-up
- Experience leading a team and managing their performance
- Process-oriented - You have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy building scalable operational processes
- Attentive to detail - You thrive in a fast-paced and high-stake environment where reliability and accuracy are paramount
- Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment. You are able to roll up your sleeves, analyze the data and derive action plans from it
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple initiatives
- You are willing to dive in and do what is needed, regardless of whether or not it is in the job description
- Strong interpersonal skills. You are able to build and manage strong relationships with the team and cross-functional colleagues
