Job description
The Operations Associate position performs a variety of office support functions and may specialize in one area of office services.
Key functions include but are not limited to:
General Office Support
- Reception/administraitve office management
- Parcel intake, scanning, distribution and shipping
- Office orders and supplies
Claims Support
- Claims intake
- Claim payment activities
- Claims inquiries and customer service
Policy Service Support
- Electronic billing and aging
- Account inquiries and investigation
- Customer contact management
Board Administrative Support
- Board Event coordination, minute-taking and agenda creation
- Invoice processing
- Website development and content management
Qualifications:
- Required High School diploma or GED, Post-secondary education preferred
- Required 10-key by touch experience
- Proficient technology skills
- Preferred MS Office
- Proficient organizational skills
- Proficient communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Past office experience
- Experienced in fast pace environment
- In-state travel is required for Board Administrative Support.

Pay: $18.97 - $23.00 per hour
