DESCRIPTION
The Operations Assistant will promote success of the Dunrovin mission through assisting the Director of Guest Services and the Executive Director in a variety of detail-oriented and guest-oriented tasks. Responsibilities include tasks in guest services, bookkeeping, employee records, payroll, vendor maintenance, operations, and office. Dunrovin's staff is small, friendly, and purpose-driven. Every day is a day filled with our mission of offering an encounter with the love of God to all who come to us.
This position can be combined with other positions at Dunrovin for a full-time job.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrate excellent skills in organization and efficiency
- Exhibits exceptional writing and word processing skills
- Shows competency in computer and database skills
- Facilitates courteous, peaceful communication with staff, guests, vendors, and outside relationships
