Job Purpose:*
This position will help manage and execute the company’s live events to drive revenue and acknowledgment in the industry. This position will also help in marketing and executing hospitality and social media responsibilities

Responsibilities:*

End to end world class coordination of events including executive receptions, customer events,

  • Manage, motivate and inspire a team
  • Manage multiple, complex events and activities daily in a collaborative and extremely fast-paced environment
  • Work in close partnership with the Creative, Marketing and Workplace Services teams in order to drive successful events
  • Execute on our unified Hospitality and Events global vision
  • Identify new opportunities to deliver our event experience and showcase our brand values to internal and external constituents.
  • Measure, report, and optimize ROI on event investments
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors and negotiations
  • Develop and oversee program-specific budgets.
  • Communicate directly with VIP clients in relation to events
  • Organize activities surrounding main event (Book flights/hotels/restaurants, etc)
  • Assisting in the running of the actual events
  • Work with social team on promotions/VIP content

Required Skills/Experience:*

*
4+ years successful experience in Corporate and/or Field Marketing Event Management roles planning a wide scope of programs (ex. customer/executive receptions)

  • 3-4 years of strong people management skills – ability to manage a team
  • Event lead for program execution working across teams and divisions, meeting facilitation, internal communication, timeline management and post-event reporting
  • Help manage and support a broad team of vendors, agencies, contractors and innovative venues
  • Experience with venue capacity management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively negotiate requirements
  • Results-oriented, customer-driven, organized with attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills that are effective at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment
  • Exceptional time management, communication, organizational skills, and professionalism required for executive-level meetings
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours, weeknights, and weekends

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of event and hospitality vision, operations, and integrated event marketing
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership
  • Exceptional program, project, and time management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, results-driven, ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests
  • Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment
  • Thrive on teamwork and overcoming obstacles
  • Good balance of personal initiative and team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
