Job Title: Online marketing manager

Job Summary:

Are you a Marketing Magician? Do you have the power to captivate, enchant, and make our customers fall in love with our company? Lamb & Co is looking for a talented and dynamic individual who can take ownership of our online marketing efforts. As our online marketing manager, you'll manage website updates, ad accounts, Shopify responsibilities, and analyze all marketing analytics. With a real estate brokerage, renovation company, design firm, and retail store under one roof, we're a unique and exciting company to work for!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage our website and make it sparkle and shine with fresh updates and engaging content
• Work with our marketing partners to manage ad accounts
• Own all Shopify responsibilities, from product listing to EDI integration
• Analyze marketing analytics to uncover new opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and execute marketing plans that align with our strategic objectives
• Collaborate with our creative team to create eye-catching content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
• Build strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and industry professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
• Expertise in website development, ad account management, Shopify, and marketing analytics
• Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
• A creative mindset and a passion for trying out new ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sense of humor
• A positive and energetic attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
