This position works with the casino performance team, CRM, and customer service teams to ensure smooth promotional execution. The Casino Promotions Coordinator must be passionate about casino, technology, and ensuring customers have a world-class experience while interacting with our products and brands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures accurate promotional content is displayed to the player by managing site content.
- Organizes and provides clear promotional information to customer service.
- Creates tasks for the creative team to ensure promotional content is created and available for usage
- Work closely with the Player Communication team to brief them on upcoming promotions to ensure appropriate content is delivered timely to the correct players.
- Responsible for writing promotional terms and conditions with guidance from the casino performance team and compliance.
- Work with BI team to ensure appropriate analytical support is available for promotional analysis.
- Communicate upcoming promotions with the marketing acquisition and partnership teams to ensure proper distribution.
- Provide customers with an industry-leading experience.
- As this position will be required to ensure casino promotions are always functioning properly, open availability and a flexible schedule is required.
- Other duties as necessary and/or assigned.
Required Skills:
- Experience with computers, browsers, mobile devices
- Self-motivated and very reliable
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Understanding of casino terminology
- Experience in the casino and/or igaming industry is preferred
