The primary responsibility of the On Premise Market Manager is to assist in selling product within a designated District Managers team geography. This position holder is responsible to meet or exceed targeted company goals while practicing good product quality assurance control.
To perform these duties requires a high level of judgment, decision-making and knowledge of Company products, pricing and marketing techniques, enabling them to work independently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Consistently promote the sale of company products through personal selling efforts and regular contact with accounts.
- Consistently pursue new product placements within target account base by making calls on new accounts within target area and establishing a working relationship with them.
- Conduct wait staff training programs.
- Conduct wine dinners.
- Construct wine menus and wine feature point of sale
- Coach, train and educate sales consultants on the commodity of wine
