Position Summary

Menasha Corporation is looking for a skilled Press Operator who will operate a press to manufacture various types of printed materials, at a quality level on a continuing basis. These positions are responsible for set up and operation of Press equipment to customer-supplied specifications while maintaining production by planning and organizing jobs and continuously monitoring quality. Additionally, operators are responsible for cleanliness and keeping press maintained mechanically. Our manufacturing employees take pride in being the best in the packaging and print press operation business for our clients. Key Duties And Responsibilities

• To ensure register and color consistency on all printed material
• Monitor and maintain quality standards
• To make sure produced materials match proof provided by customer
• To understand all functions of the machine and applicable processes needed
• General housekeeping of the work area during the job. Assist with wash down when job is completed
• To be able to perform general preventative maintenance to press
• Ensure informational materials relating to the job remain with the job as required
• Control press operations and operate in a safe manner

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
Education Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Education Desired
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Other Certifications Required Or Desired
University program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
