About This Role
PrizePicks is looking for a Broadcast Marketing Manager with proven experience in offline advertising channels. This hire will be responsible for developing our marketing strategy on linear television, OTT, OLV and audio media, which includes identification of the right agencies, execution, performance, agency management and optimizations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop media and creative strategy, media planning, and execution of PrizePicks broadcast television, OTT, OLV and audio marketing channels to hit CAC and new customer growth targets and new customer unit economics.
- Forecast and budget each channel by month with spend and performance rolling into the larger Marketing budget.
- Test, learn, iterate and scale by driving continuous improvement in efficiency and ROI. Drive iteration process to improve quality, and efficiency, of ad creative
- Effectively and ongoing, communicate channel performance and test learnings to the broader marketing team and relevant stakeholders
- Manage agency relationships and provide direction and management based on performance goals
- Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Operations, Analytics and relevant teams to drive revenue through omni-channel marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Business/Marketing Bachelor's degree
- Must have 5 years+ proven channel management experience owning full results for one or all (preferred) of these broadcast channels

- Demonstrate strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Must be inquisitive and want to tackle projects you have not done before, be comfortable with uncertainty
