Ascend Medical is hiring an Office Manager to work in our Atlanta Office. As Ascend's Office Manager you will complete various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations always run smoothly. This position ensures that all clinical operations have adequate material and supplies to achieve their objectives. Tasks include, but are not limited to, front desk management, answering phones, maintaining office supplies, sending & receiving mail, timely handling of all deliveries, scheduling meetings and appointments, and completing business related errands, ordering uniforms and marketing supplies, and on-site event support as needed.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Requirements:

As a Office Manager, you are expected to:

  • Maintain a clean, pleasant, and professional office environment
  • Focus on accuracy, efficiency, and be detailed oriented
  • Be a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping, follow-up, and the ability to self-manage daily tasks.
  • Manage facilities remotely for our markets throughout the United States
  • Maintain adequate supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide high-level service with a focus on serving the patient
