Office Coordinator - Up to $1500 Sign on Bonus

Job Summary: The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all store paperwork is processed in an accurate and timely manner. This includes paperwork regarding inventory, invoices, purchase orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable, paid on accounts, special orders, etc.

Job Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of office experience in A/R, billing, general accounting, bookkeeping, etc.
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient math skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Must be able to interact effectively with customers and co-workers

Job Type: Full-time Hours

Schedule: Varied Shift Times (requiring open availability)

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour with higher pay based on experience
