We specialize in heavy industrial construction and are seeking a full-time Office Manager\Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, have high moral character, display impeccable attention to detail and be able to meet tight deadlines in a multi-faceted role.
Range of pay is $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Job Responsibilities include:
- General administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Provide direct administrative support to project management and executive staff including the generation and distribution of memos, letters, and other written documents
- Has administrative writing skills used for developing professional and technical proposal documents, presentation materials, and company newsletters
- Supports company's construction jobsite leadership staff
- Manages/maintains company's electronic file management systems
- Manages/procures all items for company's safety incentive programs; field clothing benefit and annual service awards
- Manages/organizes all efforts related to planning company's trade shows, conventions, and meetings
The hourly position will be a 40+ hour per-week job with primary hours of Monday - Friday. We offer a very competitive compensation package, including health, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401K plan with match, holiday and vacation, and bonus potential. Salary is commensurate with experience.
