So, how do you fit in? The Shared Services team is the powerhouse behind our passionate and successful global teams. As our Administration Business Support you will contribute to the operation of a global company and further your business knowledge. You will have the opportunity to build a strong network for yourself to plan, execute and deliver operational excellence. Have we got you purring yet?

What will you be doing daily?

• Office and facilities coordination
• Coordinating with local vendors for our weekly lunch service
• Organising weekly travel bookings across the globe!
• Onboarding new starters to the business across our Auckland, Dallas and London offices
• Frequent stocktaking of marketing merchandise and company assets
• Collaborating with our global teams and drive a successful internal customer experience
• Build your network and create career opportunities!
• This role is Monday-Friday, and Tuesday - Saturday once every three weeks.

What will you bring?

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Tech savvy with an ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Strong organisation skills
