We are looking to hire a full-time temporary Office Assistant for our very busy online toy/gift retail company. The position will run from now until Christmas.

Wicked Uncle USA is an online gift/toy retail company. Since opening our doors in 2017 we have seen an exponential growth in sales and brand awareness across the United States. Our team works diligently to provide memorable gifts and toys to our customers.
Scope of Work:
The Junior Office Assistant supports the Office Manager in providing quality customer service via email and phone to Wicked Uncle customers as well as supporting order fulfillment needs on a day to day basis. We have a 5 star rating for customer service and we need someone whose amazing customer service skills will help us keep our superb rating during our busiest time of the year: the holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Print Customer Orders
- Answer customer service inquiries via phone and email
- Assist the Office Manager and Perm Office Assistant with any additional tasks/project that crop up

Must be vaccinated.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
