NorthGate Advisors, Ltd. is looking to hire a part-time office assistant/bookkeeper/customer service representative for our Mattapoisett, MA CPA office. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent time management skills, be self-motivated, pay close attention to detail and accuracy, have the ability to multitask, have great organizational skills and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from new and existing clients.
  • Knowledge & experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Accurately record information in Excel.
  • Maintain daily office procedures, such as filing, scanning documents & saving electronic documents.
  • Knowledge & experience recording time into QuickBooks a plus. Training available.
  • Flexible hours. 16-24 hours per week.
