About us: Eirich Electric Inc. is a fast-growing electrical contracting company that serves the east bay and surrounding areas of Rhode Island. We currently have a need for one full time office assistant.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an office assistant or similar position. They will have extensive experience with Microsoft office word, and excel, google applications, QuickBooks, and social media platforms. A successful candidate will have experience in a service, electrical or construction industry office setting. They will be able to; work well in team settings to complete objectives within given time frames, have strong attention to detail, and be able to start and complete projects with minimal guidance. The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation

Resume and professional references required.

Duties to include, but not limited to:
Invoice processing
Data entry
Scheduling
Filing
Answering the phone, taking messages
Cold calling
Entering social media content
Submitting documentation to clients and municipalities
General office duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
