Office Administrator - Excellent Pay and Benefits
Job description
Our client, a leading servicing company, is looking to add an experienced Office Administrator to their growing team. This role offers very competitive compensation and benefits package. The role also has high visibility with growth potential.
The successful candidate will be working with an energetic collegial group and providing general support to help continue the company’s current growth trajectory. This role will sit onsite (Mon-Fri) and is located in Palm Beach County.
Responsibilities:
- Cover for Reception/Front Desk as needed
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain current filing system
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, team members, and Management
- Assisting the Sales Team with providing quotes and work orders into internal proprietary database.
- Assist with new hire onboarding (background check processing, drug testing etc.).
- Order office supplies as needed, interact with vendors re current and past orders.
- Enter new clients into internal system.
- Assist with inventory analysis, tracking and reports.
Requirements:
Office Administrator Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
