TempExperts is hiring an Office Administrator for a prominent client that is in Palm Harbor Florida.

This client is looking for an Office Administrator that is well-organized, driven, and has high attention to detail to fill this integral role within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems with meticulous detail.
  • Helps with filing online & in the office for optimal office flow.
  • Is proficient with Office, Excel, Word, Office Software & Procore is a plus.
  • Makes phone calls to sub-contractors, begins sub-contractor contracts & hands off to owner. This requires a well-organized, detail-oriented team member that has excellent follow-up skills.
  • Welcomes all visitors and communicates successfully with customers and all office personnel.
  • Maintains office inventory.
  • Coordinates meetings and appointments-Keeps calendar updated.
  • Adhere to confidentiality best practices.
  • Professional in their disposition and work ethic

Qualifications:
  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 3-5 Years Experience in an Administrative role Required.
