Job Summary

Valeo Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist join our team in Utah County. They will perform evaluations and provide treatment to our patient population. As an occupational therapist, you you will work as an integral team member in helping our patients achieve optimal function and independence allowing them to remain safely in their homes.

Qualification

• Occupational Therapist license for the state of Utah
• Completion of Occupational Therapist program
• Able to travel within Utah County
