Opportunity for employment for an in-house therapy provider!!

Foundations Health Solutions, a skilled rehabilitation and long-term care company is currently seeking energetic and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide functional rehabilitation to both our short-term and long-term residents at our facility in Jefferson, OH, the Jefferson Healthcare Center. This position prioritizes quality resident care and overall job performance, and minimizes attention to the traditional productivity measures placed on therapists. The ideal candidate will understand and strive to develop resident-centered goals that are reflective of a successful return to prior levels of function and best qualities of life for our residents.
